ICFAI meet on mutual funds

The Institute of Chartered and Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) and the Council of Chartered Financial Analysts (CCFA) jointly organised a seminar on `Emerging trends in investment and mutual funds' here on Friday last. More than 160 professionals and students form various organisations and colleges attended the one-day seminar, an ICFAI spokesman said here. Mr Rajendran V, Managing Director, Capstocks and Securities India, piloted a session on investment opportunities in the stock market, while Mr A. Sreekumar, Vice-President and Kerala State Head, SBI Mutual Fund, spoke about various investment options available. Among others who addressed the seminar were Mr G. Ajit Prasad, Territory Manager, ICFAI, and Mr Biju Varghese, Branch Manger, ICFAI.
