Datamatics Tech to merge

Mumbai May 29 The Mumbai-based business process outsourcing firm Datamatics Technologies said on Monday that it has decided to merge with Datamatics Ltd, an associate company engaged in IT Services. The merged company will cater to clients who prefer third party vendors that can provide integrated services (both IT and BPO), Mr Rahul Kanodia, Vice-Chairman and CEO, Datamatics Technologies, told Business Line.

After the amalgamation, the company will have around 350 active clients, added Mr Kanodia.
