Mformation Tech raises $20 m

Mformation Technologies Inc, the leading mobile device management company, has raised $20 million through private investments. Led by expansion and late stage investor QuestMark Partners who participated in the financing along with Wasatch Cross Creek Capital, a private equity affiliate of Wasatch Advisors Inc, the funding will be deployed for new initiatives as the core business continues to accelerate, said Mr Mark Edwards, CEO, Mformation Mformation has more than 700 million subscribers worldwide, including Sprint-Nextel, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Telefonica, Telus and Cell-C.
