The Muthoot Plaza, a business class hotel owned by the Muthoot Pappachan Group, Thiruvanan- thapuram, has been awarded the Hotel of the Year Award-2007. The award has been instituted by Sarovar Hotels, India's fourth largest hotel chain and one of the leading multi-brand hotel management companies. It was given away at a ceremony in Indore last week where Mr Ghulam Samdani, General Manger, The Muthoot Plaza, received the award from Mr Anil Madhok, Managing Director, Sarovar Hotels. The Hotel of the Year Award is rated to be one of the finest accreditations in the hospitality industry in the country.
