Rain Calcining Ltd has informed the BSE that the company's board has approved 10 per cent dividend on the paid up equity share capital of the company i.e., Re 1 per equity share for 2006-07. It also okayed the re-appointment of Mr Y. Santosh Kumar Reddy as Executive Director for a period of five years with effect from May 30.
