Virtual Netcomm ties up with Singapore co

Mumbai June 1 The Ahmedabad-based Virtual Netcomm Pvt Ltd has entered into a joint venture with a sister concern firm of the Singapore-based M.Tech Products Pte to form M.Tech-Virtual India Pvt Ltd, a company which will engage in distribution of IT security products.

SecureOneAsia Pte Ltd, which is a part of the M.Tech Group, will be holding 51 per cent stake in the new venture, while Mr Rajendra Shah, CEO of Virtual Netcomm, will be picking up the remaining 49 per cent.

Under the terms of the joint venture, Mr Shah will be the Managing Director, a company release said.
