SEBI suspends 3 members

Mumbai, June 7

SEBI on Thursday suspended the certificate of registration of Woodstock Securities Pvt Ltd and Omega Equities Pvt Ltd, members of the BSE for a period of one year.

In addition, SEBI has also suspended the certificate of registration of Woodstock Broking Ltd, a member of the NSE for one year.The certificates of registration have been suspended with respect to irregular transactions in the shares of DSQ Software Ltd. The suspension will come into force immediately on the expiry of 21 days from the date of this order, said SEBI.
