Ambletek in talks for acquisition

Bangalore June 8 Ambletek Solutions, a start-up promoted by Mr Kannan Ramaswamy, former Managing Director, South Asia for European major LogicaCMG, is already on the look out for an acquisition to pan out its new venture focusing on IT services and consulting in the financial services sector. Ambletek, which is in talks with a local company, is likely to announce the acquisition soon.

It is also planning to invest in an offshore development facility and testing centre for financial services products.

The Bangalore-based Ambletek Solutions has expanded its operations, with a facility in Chennai and will be opening another facility in Mumbai shortly. Currently, it has a team of over 100 highly qualified consultants.

"Ambletek Solutions is an IT consulting and services company undertaking high-end projects in the areas of risk & compliance and payments in the financial services sector which includes banks, insurance and securities market," said Mr Ramaswamy.
