Mumbai June 12 Mr Sam Balsara, Chairman and Managing Director of Madison World and Mr Noomi Mehta, Chairman, Selvel Outdoor Advertising, have acquired a dominant stake in sports management company Professional Management Group (PMG).

Mr Sumedh Shah along with cricketer Sunil Gavaskar had set up the company in 1985 and it had pioneered the concept of syndicating sponsored sports columns in leading newspapers.
