GE Fanuc, Wipro in tie-up

Bangalore, June 13

GE Fanuc Automation, a unit of GE Industrial, has announced a tie-up with Wipro Technologies targeting manufacturing enterprises in automotive, pharma and beverage and consumer packaged goods with solutions in the production management area.

The tie-up covers services, point solution development and joint go-to-market activities. Wipro's knowledge of supply chain, plant floor operations, enterprise technologies and business processes will enable timely and effective deployment of GE Fanuc Production Management Solutions, said a press release.
