Mumbai June 13 Asia Investments Pvt Ltd, a major promoter of Perfect Circle Ltd, has hiked its stake in the company to 84.30 per cent from 49.38 per cent through an inter se transfer by foreign collaborator to the promoter. JM Financial Mutual Fund has bought 1 lakh shares in Clutch Auto Ltd taking its total shareholding to 8,53,243 shares or 5.23 per cent. Aberdeen Asset Management has acquired 5,93,520 shares in Gujarat Gas with its total shareholding at 12.22 per cent. Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius Ltd has bought 11,83,200 shares through GDR conversion. The total shareholding in the company now stands at 7.98 per cent. Bayer Healthcare LLC has sold 32.67 per cent of stake in Bayer Diagnostic Ltd. HDFC Long Term Equity Fund has sold 1,373 shares in IPCA Laboratories while, HDFC Capital Builder Fund, HDFC MF Monthly Income Fund and HDFC Prudence Fund have bought 2,377 shares, 1,40,000 shares and 3,93,000 shares respectively of the company.
