The professional (contact centre and enterprise) headset market in the country is also likely to record CAGR of 21 per cent over the next five years, he added.

The company has 25 per cent market share in the professional segment, said Mr Pena, adding that GN has tied up with Innova Telecom and Avaya GlobalConnect to increase its presence in this space.
