SMOT launches PG course

The Chennai-based SMOT, a start-up business school, has launched a postgraduate management programme at Chennai and Hyderabad. The 16-month course spread over four semesters would commence in September 2007, Mr R. Narasimhan, Director, SMOT told newspersons here.

The school has tied up with St Mary's University, Halifax, Canada, for the certification for the course. "We have invested Rs 10 crore in building our campuses in Chennai and Hyderabad," he said. The intake for the first batch in both cities would be 260 and the programme fee is Rs 4.3 lakh.
