Prism Intl hikes stake in Gateway

Mumbai June 14 Cam Financing and General Trade has sold 4.90 per cent stake in Alchemist Ltd. Prism International Pvt Ltd has upped its stake in Gateway Distriparks Ltd from 10.92 per cent to 11.22 per cent.

The following funds have bought shares in Jupiter Bioscience: ABN Amro Bank NV London Branch 14 lakh shares; Macquarie Bank 12 lakh; HSBC Financial Services Middle East 9 lakh; CLSA Merchant Bankers Ltd A/c CLSA Mauritius 9 lakh; UBS Securities Asia A/c Swiss Finance Corp Mauritius 9 lakh; BSMA 6.75 lakh; Kotak Mahindra UK Ltd A/c Premier Investment Fund 5.2 lakhs and Taib Securities Mauritius 26,470 shares.

Venkateshwara Hatcheries has increased its stake in Venky's India from 44.90 per cent to 45.02 per cent. HSBC Global Investment Funds - A/c HSBC Global Investment Funds Mauritius Ltd and PAC: HSBC Investments Singapore Ltd have sold 9.53 lakh shares in IVRCL Infrastructures.

ICICI Prudential Mutual, along with PSA Securities Investment Trust Co Ltd (Taiwan) have bought 3 lakh shares in 3i Infotech.
