Narayanasami on New India board

Chennai, June 15

The Government has announced the appointment of Mr T.S. Narayanasami as ex-officio director on the board of New India Assurance Company Ltd with immediate effect.

His appointment will be up to May 31, 2009 or until further orders. New India Assurance Company Ltd is one of the large general insurance companies of India. This notification has been issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, Insurance Division on June 12.
