WORK IN PROGRESS: Even as the tussle between the West Bengal Government and the Trinamool Congress leader, Ms Mamata Bannerjee, persists over the land acquisition issue at Singur for the proposed small car project of Tata Motors, construction work is on at a fast pace at the site on Saturday. The State Government is trying to find possible alternatives to rehabilitate the Singur farmers whose land has been acquired.
