MTV Networks International (MTVNI), a division of Viacom, has announced the appointment of Mr Amit Jain as Executive Vice-President and Managing Director, MTV Networks India, China and Southeast Asia. Mr Jain will manage operations for MTVNI's digital and linear programming services in these territories. He will relocate to Singapore from Mumbai, where he has been leading the company's India operations. The company also announced that Mr Jain would serve on the soon-to-be-formed Viacom-18 board.
