Extreme, Avaya expand pact

Coimbatore, June 20

Enterprise communications solutions company Avaya Global Connect has reinforced its partnership with Extreme Networks to offer small businesses a `converged solution.' "Extreme Networks would help Avaya deliver (to the small and medium business units) a new option for building end-to-end converged IP networks," a release from the company said. Avaya, a worldwide distributor of Extreme Networks, would resell a series of versatile network edge switches in India now.
