Mr Vinay Kesari, a student of Nalsar University of Law in Hyderabad, scored the 5th rank in the World Philip C Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and became the `Top Oralist' of the year. He bagged the award for his "best argumentative skills" besides winning the International Law Institute's (ILI) Jessup Scholarship Award with full tuition scholarship, books and material to attend the ILI's Orientation in the US Legal System Programme to be held between July 2 and August 3 in Washington DC.
