Prime Minister Manmohan Singh should be intrigued by this: There is a Ministry of Sound in the capital and no one has a clue as to who heads it. One uninitiated colleague was therefore stumped when he received an invite for an event with the venue being the Ministry of Sound. He is still to get to the bottom of this, but apparently this is a new place in the capital where the youth throng for their daily quota of music.
