Chennai June 21 Rediffusion-DYR has appointed two new members to its team. While Mr J. Janardhan has joined the Chennai branch as its head, Mr Anant Pal Singh has joined the Delhi office as Vice-President on the Airtel account, an official statement said.

According to the statement, Mr Janardhan has joined Rediffusion-DYR from group company Showdiff.

Speaking about his appointment, Mr Janardhan said, "I believe that Chennai has tremendous potential for great advertising work and our objective is not only to garner more business in the Chennai branch but also to live up to our clients' expectations in terms of the strategic and creative and thereby synergise our efforts with the client."

Mr Anant Pal Singh, who has returned to Rediffusion-DYR after two years at Everest, will lead the account management team on all the strategic business units of Airtel.

The statement quoting Mr Mahesh Chauhan, President, Rediffusion-DYR, said: "The Rediffusion-DYR team continues to attract the best talent in the industry."
