BPO firm 24/7 Customer today announced its new delivery centre in Gurgaon. The centre in Gurgaon, its fifth facility in the country, would cater to voice-based inbound customer support service. "Initially an incubation centre of 300 seats will be set up, with plans to ramp up to a facility of 1,50,000 sq ft with over 1,500 seats in the next 12-18 months," a company release said here. "The NCR region is an established hub for IT talent with a well established education system providing a huge talent pool.

Setting up a centre in NCR is part of our planned expansion. The right mix of talent and infrastructure will help us attract and service large global customers from here," Mr S. Nagarajan, Co-founder and Chief People Officer, 24/7 Customer said. This is 24/7 Customer's eighth global centre, the other seven centres are in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Guatemala and Manila.
