Satyam has set up a dedicated offshore development centre for Nestle at Bangalore, according to a Satyam official.

In the last three years, Satyam has been working with Nestle to develop a larger IT and business process framework. The new agreement covers Satyam providing services ranging from software development, maintenance and support to infrastructure management.
