Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on Monday has recommended a dividend of 10 per cent on the equity shares of Rs 10 each (i.e. Re 1) of the company for the year ending March 31. The company has scheduled its 23rd annual general meeting on September 6, to get the approval of the shareholders.
