Mr V. Ananthakrishnan, General Manager, BHEL, was elected Chairman of the Indian Welding Society (IWS), Southern Zone, at the recently concluded annual general meeting of the society here. Mr Ananthakrishnan and the other office-bearers will hold office for 2007-09. The other members are Mr S. Manoharan and Mr Rajappa Rajkumar Vice-Chairman, Mr Rajendran Secretary, and Mr K. Asokkumar Treasurer.
