Chennai, June 28 Nasscom will hold its annual ‘Nasscom HR Summit’ in Chennai on July 5 and 6. The fourth annual HR Summit will focus on the key “People’s” issues faced by industry.

The two-day event will see participation from CEOs, HR heads of various companies, senior academicians and HR consultants. These speakers will discuss and deliberate on challenges, opportunities and initiatives in the area of human capital management.

According to Ms Sangeeta Gupta, Vice-President, Nasscom, “This year’s HR Summit will provide a platform to discuss innovative models of talent development as well as focus on strategies being adopted by the industry to discuss the next generation leadership.”

“For developing industry-ready talent, Nasscom has taken the lead in with focussed initiatives in this direction including setting up of the finishing schools, academia development programme, database of employees, certification programmes for IT and BPO employees etc.”, she added.
