Everonn Sys bags Gujarat order

Hyderabad, June 29

Everonn Systems Ltd., today announce that the company bagged a Rs 30-crore order for providing IT infrastructure in 1,256 schools in Gujarat to be executed and managed for 36 months period. The Managing Director of Everonn, Mr P. Kishore, said that the company secured SEBI nod to announce this deal ahead of the initial public offer (IPO) slated to hit the market on July 5. The company is entering market to raise about Rs 50 crore to meet the company expansion plans includi ng setting apart some amount for acquisitions. The company earlier bagged mandate for providing IT infrastructure in 186 schools in Andhra Pradesh located in the districts of Nellore, Guntur, Ranga Reddy and Hyderabad.
