Hyderabad, July 2

Hyderabad-based Natco Pharma Ltd's revenue increased 33.5 per cent to Rs 66.19 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2007 compared to Rs 49.59 crore in the corresponding period of previous fiscal. The net profit during the quarter, however, decreased marginally to Rs 3.95 crore compared to Rs 4.45 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal.

For the fiscal 2006-07, the company's net profit increased to Rs 30.47 crore as against Rs 23.8 crore in the previous fiscal. The revenue went up by 40.5 per cent to Rs 246.86 crore compared to Rs 175.73 crore in 2005-06, according to a release. - Our Bureau
