Promotions & Offers Samsung bets big on promotional offer
Our Bureau New Delhi, July 3 White goods maker, Samsung India on Tuesday launched the ‘wash and cook’ offer for its semi- automatic washing machine range, targeted at consumers in Northern India. According to the offer, applicable in the States of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan, any purchase of a Samsung semi-automatic washing machine entitles the customer to an assured gift of a three-piece non-stick designer cookware set. “Our complete washing machine range comprising 19 models, our strong product USPs coupled with our attractive promotional offer on semi-automatic washing machines will definitely give a strong fillip to our washing machine business,” said Mr Neeraj Sethi, Regional Manager for the Northern Region, Samsung India. The company expects to see a surge of about 80 per cent in its semi-automatic washing machine sales during the promotion period. The promotion concludes on July 31. Samsung, also expects to capture 23 per cent domestic market share in the semi-automatic washing machine category by the year-end. Samsung India has a range of 12 fully automatic and seven semi-automatic washing machine models in its product portfolio. Product Price
While the fully automatic washing machines are priced at a range between Rs 10,290 and Rs 27,900, the semi-automatic washing machines are priced between Rs 6,590 and Rs 8,590.
