Bangalore, July 3 Global assessment company Cubiks has entered the Indian market through an alliance with Quadrangle Consulting, a Gurgaon-based HR consulting firm. Through this alliance, Indian employers can use Cubiks’ online assessment solutions for selection and development of their employees.

Mr Barry Spence, Chairman and CEO, Cubiks, said that the company was targeting 10-12 large volume organisations in India. Wipro and Godrej have already started using Cubiks’ personality assessments ability tests (PAPI), he said.

Cubiks’ products include personality assessments ability tests, competency-based interview guides, competency frameworks, in-box simulation exercises, team role questionnaires and job evaluation tools.

Ms Jyoti Grover, Principal Consultant, Quadrangle Consultant, said that PAPI tests are used not just for hiring or de-hiring. “These also provide strategy to help companies through the entire employee life cycle.”

With offices across Europe, Cubiks’ tests are used in more than 1,000 organisations in 50 countries and can be administered in 30 languages.
