New IDSA Secretary

Mr Shekhar Sethu, Managing Director, Herbalife International India P Ltd, has been appointed Secretary of the Indian Direct Selling Association (IDSA), the regulatory and promoting body of the direct-selling industry. "I am looking forward to playing a more significant role in collaboration with the IDSA to strengthen the direct-selling business further in India and ensure that the highest levels of quality and standards are maintained," said Mr Sethu.

Formed in 1996, the IDSA promotes and protects the interests of consumers, as well as its member companies. At the same time, the IDSA sets high standards of conduct which all member companies must comply with. With a current portfolio of 19 sales offices in India, Herbalife offers scientifically researched products offering total nutritional solutions to support a healthy, active lifestyle.
