The 9th World Spices Congress will be held during January 28-30, 2008, according to the Spices Board. The theme for the Congress to be organised jointly by the Board and the All India Spices Exporters’ Forum is “Harmonisation – The Emerging Global Need”. Details of the Congress have been hosted on the Web site www.worldspicecongress.com. The Congress will feature structured business sessions followed by interactions based on the theme. An exhibition of spices will be held in tandem. The Board has invited Indian delegates for the Congress to register with the All India Spices Exporters Forum in Kochi (e-mail: aisef@vsnl.com).
