Persistent buys Metrikus India

Pune, July 10

Persistent Systems, a player in the outsourced software product development services, has today announced the acquisition of assets of Metrikus (India) Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of privately held MetrikusInc, of the US. Dr Anand Deshpande, founder, Chairman and Managing Director, Persistent Systems, has stated that through this acquisition, Persistent Systems and Metrikus Inc have entered into a revenue sharing agreement to jointly market business intelligence solutions. All of Metrikus India's employees are now part of Persistent Systems. - Our Bureau
