Mumbai, July 12 The Bombay High Court on Thursday referred an appeal of Reliance Industries Ltd to a division bench for further hearing.

RIL led by Mr Mukesh Ambani has appealed against an interim order, which restrains from creating third party rights for the natural gas to be produced from its Krishna Godavari basin block on the eastern coast.

The interim order was passed on an application by Reliance Natural Resources Ltd, which is a part of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group.

The matter will come up for hearing on July 18.
