Vijay Shanthi in pact with Italian tile maker

The Chennai-based Vijay Shanthi Builders will use luxury glass mosaic tiles manufactured by Bisazza S.p.A., Italy for its high-end residential projects in the South.

Both companies announced an agreement in this context today.

Mr Naresh Jain, Executive Director of Vijay Shanthi Builders, told newspersons that the company is in the process of entering into such agreements with leading brands.

It recently entered into a tie-up with Roca for bathroom fittings.

Bisazza has a wide range of tiles for bathrooms and kitchens.

Such tie-ups are a win-win situation for both as they provide high volume of business to the suppliers and competitive rates for best products and services for Vijay Shanthi, which can provide its customers with apartments fitted with best quality products.

International premium homes are associated with fashion brands adorning every area of the home.

Bisazza brings annual collections reflecting fashion trends. It has an extensive presence in the all the leading markets in Europe with five flagship stores in Milan, Berlin, London, New York and Paris.

Its products are distributed worldwide through 6,000 dealers and retailers.
