Mergers & Acquisitions SQL Star acquires US co TalentFuse
Our Bureau Hyderabad, July 16 SQL Star International Ltd, the Hyderabad-based, IT services company, today announced the acquisition of TalentFuse Inc., a fast growing staffing company in San Diego. With this acquisition, the combined operations of TalentFuse Inc. and the company’s US operations will make it the largest pure play IT consulting company in Southern California, SQL Star claimed. TalentFuse Inc. is an IT consulting company serving customers such as Qualcomm, Intuit, Home Depot, Microsoft, Invitrogen etc. This gives us the Tier 1 market-reach that SQL Star did not have before, a statement here said. Mr N.R. Ganti, Chairman & Managing Director of SQL Star International Ltd, said, “We expect that the full effect of the TalentFuse acquisition will reflect in the results of the current quarter.” Post-acquisition, the founders/principals of TalentFuse Inc. have agreed to continue with the company’s wholly owned subsidiary in the US, SQL Star International Inc., and drive the consulting business of the combined operations. SQL Star also announced the opening of two new Software Development and Services Delivery Centres in San Diego, California on the West Coast and New Jersey on the East Coast. The Consulting Services are being provided out of the US and the development is being carried out at the Software Development & Services Delivery Centres there.
