Sonata Q1 net down 11%

Bangalore, July 17

Sonata Software has reported 11 per cent dip in net profit at Rs 7.73 crore on revenues of Rs 46.1 crore for the quarter ended June, compared to Rs 8.75 crore on revenues of Rs 43.84 crore in the corresponding previous period. On a consolidated basis, Sonata reported net of Rs 14 crore on revenues of Rs 351.86 crore, a growth of 46 per cent and 225 per cent respectively. The company added seven new clients during the quarter and had an employee base of 2,287.
