Corporation Bank cuts interest rate on home loans

Mangalore, July 19 Corporation Bank has reduced floating interest rate on ‘Corp Home’ fresh loans of five years and up to/including 15 years, by 25 basis points.

A bank release said here on Thursday that floating interest rate for housing loans with limits up to and inclusive of Rs 20 lakh has been reduced from 10.5 per cent per annum to 10.25 per cent.

Interest rate on loan with limits above Rs 20 lakh stands revised from 11.5 per cent to 11.25 per cent.

The revision is applicable to the floating rate loans to be initially disbursed on or after July 23, the release added.
