Bangalore, July 20 Mr B.B. Modgil today took over as the new General Manager of Rail Wheel Factory, Bangalore.

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Mr Modgil joined the Railway Service in 1972 and held various responsibilities in different Zonal Railways.
