Addressing presspersons here on Saturday, Mr Veerappa Moily, Chairman of the ARC, said that the commission has already submitted five reports on various topics, and the report on panchayat raj, rural and urban governance will be the sixth one. The commission is planning to submit the report in 15 to 20 days, he said. The commission is also working on a report on conflict resolution, and the draft is ready in this regard. The report on conflict resolution will be released by the end of August, he said. Terming Mangalore as the investment hope of Karnataka, he said the State Government should send a proposal to the Centre seeking PCPIR (petroleum, chemical and petrochemical investment region) status to Mangalore. The PCPIR will bring in huge investments to the region, and it is essential for the State Government to send a proposal to the Union Government in this regard, he said. Mangalore SEZ
