British Council to hold pre-departure briefing

Kochi, July 23

British Council is organising its annual pre-departure briefing here at the Avenue Centre on Wednesday for students who have received an offer of admission from a UK institution or are in the process of applying to one and are preparing to leave for the UK soon.

The briefings, to commence between 2 and 6 pm, will cover advices on student visa application and immigration; travel settling down in the UK; student loans; accommodation; working part-time; health and finances.

Students and parents are required to register for the event. A nominal registration fee will be charged.
