EMRI gets award in US

Hyderabad, July 24 The Emergency Management Research Institute’s (EMRI) ‘108’ services bagged the Presidential Honour in the US from the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) for its technology and services in Andhra Pradesh. Mr Murali Mohan, Senior Partner (Marketing), EMRI, received the award at the 26th NENA annual conference held recently in Charlotte, US. A US-based emergency handling network, 911, had expressed its willingness to implement the metrics-driven approach of EMRI, according to a release. —
