Rolta India Q4 net up 38%

Mumbai, July 24 Rolta India Ltd said its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2007 grew by 38 per cent, to Rs 48.8 crore (Rs 35.3 crore). Its consolidated total income went up 38 per cent to Rs 207.5 crore (Rs 149.9 crore).

The Rolta Managing Director (a geospatial solutions and engineering design services company), Mr K.K. Singh, said there was a healthy growth in across the company’s business segments.

The company’s net profit for the fiscal ended June was up 35.6 per cent at Rs 172.6 crore (Rs 127.3 crore); net profit margins were 24.3 per cent (23.8 per cent).

Its income for the year amounted to Rs 721.6 crore, 32.8 per cent higher than a year ago.

The company’s board has recommended a dividend of Rs 5 per share for the ended fiscal.
