Sobha buys SimpleRM

Bangalore, July 25 Sobha Renaissance Information Technology (SRIT) announced on Wednesday it had bought a customer relationship management tool — SimpleRM — from the US-based TriVium Systems Inc.

The SimpleRM intellectual property rights, software engineers and CRM specialists, customers, and relationships will be absorbed by SRIT.

SimpleRM is an electronic Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) system that provides a unified view of customer data across all the communication channels including telephone, web, e-mail and fax.
