Gulf Oil Q1 revenue, net up

Hyderabad, July 25

Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd, a Hinduja group company, has recorded a net profit of Rs 5.32 crore and total sales of Rs 184.80 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007.

In the same quarter last fiscal, it registered a net profit of Rs 5.94 crore and total sales of Rs 128.70 crore.

This reflects a growth of 44 per cent in sales and 37 per cent in net profit.
