Kotak Mahindra, KBC tie up

Mumbai, July 26

Kotak Mahindra Group and KBC Financial Services (KBC FP) have entered into a co-operation agreement to manage foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) issuance for Indian corporates. Kotak Mahindra and KBC FP will assist Indian corporates to raise FCCBs in international markets. —
