The Visakha refinery of HPCL is celebrating Golden Jubilee this year, according to a press release issued by the company. At the inaugural programme of the Golden Jubilee year here, Mr Arun Balakrishnan, Chairman and Managing Director, unveiled the logo. Mr A.S Rao, Executive Director in charge of the refinery, traced the growth of the refinery over past 50 years. —
