KOLKATA: The board of directors of Electrosteel Castings Ltd has approved the proposal to issue up to 26 lakh share warrants to promoters/promoter groups. According to a statement released by the company here, the issue price will be d etermined in accordance with the SEBI (Investors & Protection) Guidelines 2000. An ordinary general meeting is being convened on August 31, 2007 to seek shareholders’ approval for issue of the said warrants. During the year, the company paid an interim dividend of Rs 12.50 (125 per cent) per share of Rs 10 each.The board has recommended this as the final dividend. — Our Bureau
