Lotus Mutual launches income fund

Mumbai, July 27 Lotus India Asset Management Company Pvt Ltd has launched an open-ended Income Scheme - Lotus India Active Income Fund. The objective is to generate optimal returns while maintaining liquidity through active management of the portfolio by investing in debt and money market instruments.

This fund offers a retail and an institutional plan and both plans offer two options – Growth and Dividend Reinvestment. The minimum application amount for the Retail Plan is Rs 5,000 and for institutional plan is Rs 50 lakh.

The new scheme is open for subscription from July 27 and will close on July 30.
