Tantia Const Q1 net climbs 48%

Tantia Constructions Ltd, for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, has recorded a 48 per cent increase in profit after tax at Rs 3.64 crore, against the Rs 2.45 crore achieved in the corresponding quarter of 2006-07.

Income from operations for the quarter under review has touched Rs 70 crore, an increase of 34 per cent (Rs 52.37 crore). The PBT for the said quarter has shown an increase of 56 per cent at Rs 4.16 crore (Rs 2.67 crore).
